A house concert in West London on the 29th October 2011 featuring the marvellous Mark Aaron James

So, what is a House Concert? It is, in it’s simplest form, a concert, but in a house.

But it is so much more. It is a chance to get up close and personal with your favourite musicians, actually hear the music without people chatting away behind you (why do people pay £40 then just talk?) and avoid being hit by bottles filled with, well, let’s just say filled with fluids that were not put there by the supplier of the original drink.

There will be some food, some drink but most important of all, Mr. Mark Aaron James will be performing.

Jo and I met Mark last year when we needed a last minute headline act for a gig when the original singer pulled out with laryngitis. On the recommendation of a certain Mr Steve Lawson, I contacted Mark the same day. He turned up, tuned up, turned up (again) and blew everyone away….
